I. Payment & Refund Clause
For all services bought, 50% of the order amount would be towards the activation / administration fees and the balance 50% would be refundable on a pro‑rata basis, considering the usage of the services, subject to approval of Hunt Property.
The refund process would normally take at least 21 days after the complete documentation has been received by the financial team for processing such refund.
All refunds and cancellations will be processed after deducting all government taxes, as once these taxes are paid to government, the same cannot be claimed back.
II. Payment Security
Transactions on the Platform are secure and protected. Any information entered by the user when transacting on the Platform is encrypted to protect the user against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
Card & Banking Information
The user’s credit and debit card information is not received, stored, or retained by Hunt Property in any manner. This information is supplied by the user directly to the relevant payment gateway provider which is authorised to handle the information provided, and is compliant with regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
III. Charge Back Policy
Payment for services offered shall be on a 100% advance basis. Once payment is made towards a subscription, it is non‑refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Hunt Property and its decision shall be final and binding on the user. In case the user raises a dispute or initiates a chargeback, Hunt Property reserves the right to suspend the services until such dispute is resolved.
IV. Cancellation
Hunt Property reserves the exclusive right to cancel any content, listing, or campaign in case of non‑compliance with legal, regulatory, or platform‑level standards.
In the event of cancellation initiated by Hunt Property for reasons not attributable to the user, the refundable portion of the amount, after deducting activation / administration fees and taxes, shall be processed back to the original mode of payment on a pro‑rata basis.
In case of cancellation initiated by the user, the applicable cancellation charges payable by the user shall be at the rates laid down in this Refund and Cancellation Policy and in the service order or agreement executed with Hunt Property.
