I. Charges
Use of the Website by the user, such as browsing listings and viewing basic information, is free of cost. However, specific services, advertising products, premium placements, or subscription‑based utilities may carry applicable charges as communicated at the time of purchase.
Hunt Property reserves the right to revise its pricing or introduce new charges for existing or new services, with such changes becoming effective from the date notified on the Website, unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement.
II. Packages, Fees and Payment
All service packages shall be activated only after full payment has been received in the form of demand draft, cheque, credit / debit card payment, net‑banking, or any other approved mode mentioned in the subscription order.
The current fee for each service is specified in your subscription order. Hunt Property reserves the right to revise the fee, and such revision will be communicated in advance where legally required. Any pro‑rata adjustments, if applicable, will be handled as per the terms mentioned in the order.
Security Cheques
Where security cheques or similar instruments are submitted as part of the payment arrangement, non‑realisation or repeated dishonour of such instruments may lead to suspension of services and recovery of dues as per applicable laws.
III. Mode of Payment
The following payment options are generally available on the Website: domestic and international credit / debit cards, net‑banking from select banks in India, UPI‑based payments, and other options supported by integrated payment gateways.
Availability of specific modes may vary at the time of checkout and for certain packages. Hunt Property does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular payment instrument or channel.
IV. Payment & Refund
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the subscription order, fees for packages are non‑refundable once the service has been activated and utilised.
V. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways. Hunt Property does not store full card numbers, CVV, or sensitive authentication data on its servers. Additional details around payment safety are described in the Payment Security and Privacy Policy sections.
VI. Charge Back Policy
In the event of a chargeback raised by the user with their issuing bank, Hunt Property reserves the right to temporarily suspend services associated with the disputed transaction until such dispute is resolved. If the chargeback is found to be invalid or raised in bad faith, Hunt Property may reinstate charges and recover associated costs.
VII. Cancellation
Cancellation of active packages may be requested by the user in writing to our support team. Any such cancellation shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the service order. Administrative or activation charges already incurred shall not be refunded.
